CNGFD is a nonprofit, apolitical, nonpartisan and nondenominational association.

It aims to primarily the purpose of representing and protecting in trade union and political arenas the fashion industry and of art, aiming to this end to represent the highest values of fashion, art in the broadest sense and in all its modes of manifestation, as well as Italian style, in order to protect, coordinate, Spread, control and enhance the image of Italian fashion and art both in Italy and abroad.
